Charm bracelet 18th birthday

Great gift! Anything that comes in that little blue box is generally a crowd-pleaser :) It CAN be awkward if you two aren't super close. I know someone who got something in a little blue box from someone she wasn't terribly close with and she was a bit put off.

Ok so i got a lovely gold charm bracelet for my 18th birthday and 2 gold charms from the same shop, but ive been told that all my charms now much be gold, and the same carat gold, so no gold plated or anything like that, is this right? i know i cant have any other metals like silver or bronze because they will wear each other down

it looks kind of silly if it's a mix and mach of all different charms made out of different things

I have just bought a Thomas Sabo charm bracelet and what I love about it is that you buy all the charms you want individually so you can pick and choose what goes on it. On mine I have a dragonfly, black star, mask and a fleur de lis. I wanted one for ages and now I have it I love the quality of the charms. All silver. Definitely give it a look.
